On November 18th, 2015 the 1st year master’s students of the programme «Teaching foreign languages with the use of online technologies» had a meeting with a Senior Lecturer of the French Language and Literature department of the Samarkand State Institute of Foreign Languages (Uzbekistan) Dmitriy A. Kiselyov. D. Kiselyov came to Voronezh to take part in the 3rd International scientific and practical seminar «Discourse, interpretation, translation», organised at the faculty of Romance and Germanic Philology of VSU and dedicated to the memory of Professor Vyacheslav B. Kashkin. Dmitriy Kiselyov is a member of the SamSIFL Tempusworking group, who designed and developed the materials of the module «French Language Improvement”.
D. Kiselyov delivered an open lecture «Local three-lingualism: historical factor (on the example of the city of Samarkand)» for the 1st year master’s students and members of the VSU Tempus working group. The lecture aroused great interest and a lively discussion.
The students Galina Alexeyeva and Oleg Borisov organized a sightseeing tour around the city of Voronezh for Dmitriy A. Kiselyov.
